Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what personal information casinoau.biz ("CasinoAU", "we", "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it and the choices you have. We collect very little: you can read every page on this site without giving us your name or contact details.

Information We Collect
- Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address, name (if you provide it) and the content of your message.
- Analytics data: if analytics is enabled on the site, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use CasinoAU. It records information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (country or city, not your street address), your device and browser type, and anonymous interaction events such as clicks on links to casinos. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to do this.
- Server logs: like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request, including IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are deleted on a routine schedule.
We do not ask for, collect or store payment details, identity documents, gambling account details or passwords. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to respond to your messages, to understand which pages are useful and improve the site, to measure how many visitors go on to visit the casinos we recommend, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Links to Casinos and Other Websites
When you click a link to a casino, you pass through a redirect on our site (under /download/) and then leave CasinoAU for the casino's website. The redirect itself does not record personal information beyond standard server logs. The casino, or the affiliate network that tracks referrals on its behalf, may set its own cookies to record that you arrived from our site so that any commission can be attributed to us. Once you are on another website, its own privacy policy applies, not ours; please read it, particularly before registering or depositing.
Cookies
CasinoAU itself sets no cookies other than those placed by Google Analytics when analytics is enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a private browsing window, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working.
Where Information Is Stored
Our website is hosted on servers that may be located outside Australia, and Google Analytics data is processed by Google on servers in various countries, including the United States. Emails sent to us are stored with our email provider. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers protect information appropriately.
How Long We Keep It
Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. Analytics data is retained for the period set in our Google Analytics account (no longer than 14 months). Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@casinoau.biz with "Privacy" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to our hosting and email accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the small amount of information we hold.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if our practices change, for example if we add a newsletter or a contact form. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last reviewed, and significant changes will be noted here.
